How to Measure Your Body

For the most accurate fit, use a soft fabric measuring tape while standing straight and uncompressed:

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across your back.
• Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline (usually 1–2 inches above your belly button).
• Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
