6. Orders, Billing & Account Accuracy

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to their interpretation, breach, or enforcement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to Section 16 below, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, USA.

16. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

  1. Agreement to Arbitrate: You and Genesis Global Capital LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, products purchased, or Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
  2. Arbitration Rules: The arbitration shall take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
  3. No Class Actions: YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING, OR MASS ARBITRATION.
  4. Opt-Out Window: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written opt-out notice to support@qurvology.com within 30 days of your first purchase or initial visit.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Genesis Global Capital LLC.
